Every $ACYC token was released fairly, and all at once.

Every holder of $ACYC, the team included, purchased token holdings fairly on the open market. There was no pre-sale, no vested tokens for private investors–it was 100% a fair launch, with completely equal opportunity for all. No seed round was needed, because the team put up the small amount of Ethereum needed to launch the token and provide initial liquidity.
